Shipping Information:

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and outer emirates.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah is next day for orders placed before midnight.

Delivery to other emirates can take between 3-4 days.

Are there any exceptions or non-serviceable areas?

Yes, there are some non-serviceable areas within the UAE. Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for non-serviced areas.

What are your delivery costs?

Delivery costs 20 AED for all orders. Free delivery applies for orders above 500 AED.

How can customers track their orders?

Customers will receive an email notification from the delivery company when their order is out for delivery.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns Information:

What is your returns policy?

Returns can be made within 14 working days of delivery date. To return unwanted items they must be unused and dog beds must remain in the vacuum seal to be refunded. Due to hygiene reasons we will not be able to issue a refund if the bed has been taken out of the vacuum seal. We suggest using our size guide and looking at the product dimensions before purchasing our dog beds.

If your product has arrived and is faulty or damaged please contact us with the relevant information, including any pictures and we will be able to advise what to do next.

How much does it cost to return items?

Return shipping costs will be the same as the delivery charge 20 AED, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
