Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah is next day for orders placed before midnight.

Delivery to other emirates can take between 3-4 days.

There are some non-serviceable areas within the UAE. Please refer to the shippings and returns page for more info.

Delivery cost

Delivery costs 20 AED for all orders. Free delivery applies for orders above 500 AED.

We currently only ship across the UAE, however we are always looking to expand so make sure to follow us on our socials to keep up to date with any further updates!

Returns can be made within 14 working days of delivery date. To return unwanted items they must be unused and dog beds must remain in the vacuum seal to be refunded. Due to hygiene reasons we will not be able to issue a refund if the bed has been taken out of the vacuum seal. We suggest using our size guide and looking at the product dimensions before purchasing our dog beds.

If your product has arrived and is faulty or damaged please contact us with the relevant information, including any pictures and we will be able to advise what to do next.

We believe in keeping your pet's bed clean and fresh for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Here are some tips for washing and caring for your bed:

Washing the Outer Cover:
To keep your bed looking and feeling its best, we recommend removing the outer cover and washing it separately. Simply machine wash the cover on a cold, delicate cycle with no other products. After washing, allow the cover to air dry. Please avoid tumble drying, as this may affect the shape and material of the cover.

Cleaning the Bed Filling:
For a thorough clean, fill a bath with warm water, adding half a cap of laundry detergent along with some baking soda. Submerge the bed in the water and gently press it to ensure it's fully submerged. Let it soak for 20 minutes, then drain the water and press out any excess. Lay the bed flat on a clothes airer and allow it to dry completely before reattaching the cover.

For a quick bed refresh we suggest taking the cover off and turning it inside out. Sprinkle both the bed and cover liberally with baking soda, leave for 15 minutes and then vacuum off. Once the baking soda has been removed, spray the bed and cover with a pet friendly disinfectant to further remove any odour and bacteria.

As with our dog beds, we encourage you to take great care with your pet bowl to ensure that they are kept at their best for years to come.

Daily Cleaning:

Rinse After Each Use: After your pet has finished eating or drinking, rinse the bowl with warm water to remove any leftover food or water. This prevents residue buildup and keeps the bowl hygienic.

Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild dish soap to gently clean the bowl. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface of the travertine.

Deep Cleaning:

Occasional Soak: Occasionally, soak the bowl in a mixture of warm water and a gentle, pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic or alkaline cleaners, as they can etch the surface of the stone.

Rinse Thoroughly: After soaking, rinse the bowl thoroughly with warm water to ensure all cleaner residues are removed.
